The Texas Ramp Project does not accept direct referrals from individual clients. All referrals must be made by third party health care or social service agency acting on the client's behalf.

Once submitted, the information will be forwarded to the appropriate regional coordinator or designee and will be treated with strict confidentiality.

Due to high demand, the intake process can take longer than anticipated.  Please be aware that review of this referral and construction of the ramp may take 3 - 6 months or longer in certain areas.   We appreciate your patience as we work to serve those most in need as quickly and safely as possible.
